Chardonnay 'Primo Bianco' Cascina Faletta 2021

Cascina Faletta's Chardonnay 'Primo Bianco' is a fresh white from a clayey terroir, with structure but easy drinking. It is vinified in stainless steel, with soft pressing and fermentation at a low temperature to preserve the aromatic character of the fruit. The nose is distinctly tropical, with pineapple and mango opening to fresh citrus aromas. On the palate, it is not a light wine, but certainly fresh and very drinkable, with a pronounced savouriness
