Alois Lageder's 'Misto Mare' is a white wine that is an expression of care for the land and the community. It is in fact a collective project with which the winery unites 21 winegrowers in Alto Adige, an area that millions of years ago was entirely submerged by the sea, to facilitate their conversion to organic and biodynamic agriculture. On the nose, it reveals a clear, mountainous profile with Alpine fruit and flowers, while on the palate it stands out for its juiciness and subtle tannin that integrates nicely with the sip. Ideal with vegetarian dishes and raw fish, try it with sea bass carpaccio with herb oil
