The Torrevento 'Pezzapiana' is a fresh and immediate Castel del Monte, a full expression of the Murgia spirit based on the indigenous Bombino bianco and Pampanuto. It is produced using delicate methods to maximise fragrance and freshness. Hints of wild flowers are first evident on the nose, which open up to tropical hints. On the palate it is velvety and round, with a clean and fresh taste. Perfect with seafood starters, light first courses and grilled fish
