The Riesling Grand Cru 'Zotzenberg' is an excellent Alsatian Riesling from a prestigious area of the 'Bas Rhin'. Harvested by hand, spontaneous fermentation, long ageing on fine lees: the producer's artisanal hand is expressed in this way, with attention and dedication to the soil and fruit. The nose expresses white flowers, citrus and tropical fruit, with typical mineral hints. The palate is full and sustained by lively tension and freshness. Try it with a classic of French cuisine, 'sole meunière'
