
Cantina di Trento's Riesling 'Moia' is produced from grapes originating in southern Germany now fully at home in the mountains of the Dolomites. After a short cold maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel and matures for six months on the fine lees, enhancing the balance between freshness and minerality. The nose opens with hints of ripe apricot, white peach and citrus echoes. The palate is elegant, taut, with a clear saltiness and a lively, intense freshness
