Produced with grapes from the municipalities of Canale and Monteu Roero, this white wine stands out for its ageing on fine lees with stirring for up to two months. The nose reveals delicate herbaceous notes with typical hints of white peach and pink grapefruit. On the palate, it is pleasantly harmonious, sweet and fresh, with appreciable persistence.
