Les Cretes' Syrah 'La Tour' is a tribute to a noble red variety, here presented in a refined mountain style. The nose releases typical dark notes of black pepper, then coffee and hints of black fruits such as blueberry and blackberry. The palate is fine and complex, savoury and fresh, with soft tannins. Ideal for refined dishes such as duck breast in sauce, snails alla borgognona or even simpler dishes such as wild board ragout pasta
