Cabana das Bolboretas' Albariño 'Esquiza' is an appealing version of the famous native grape variety from Rías Baixas, in north-western Galicia. Contact with the skins gives the wine a bright amber colour, while almost two years of ageing in acacia barrels makes it enveloping, elegant and complex. The bouquet is rich, with notes of ripe fruit, herbaceous hints and delicate nuances of vanilla. On the palate, it is rich and round, maintaining a crisp freshness typical of Albariño, accompanied by a pleasant savouriness and light tannic notes on the finish. Perfect with fish dishes, even structured ones, such as Pulpo a la Gallega
