The Alcohol Free Blend 'Sabatini 0.0' from the Sabatin i distillery is a non-alcoholic elixir, a blend of many of the herbs that are indigenous to the Tuscan macchia. There are five main 'botanicals', all grown at Villa Ugo, Cortona: sage, thyme, olive leaves, lavender and verbena. On the nose, a balsamic profile accompanies the sip with intensity.
