Nebbiolo Rosé 'Gloria' Marcel Zanolari 2024

Marcel Zanolari's Nebbiolo Rosé'Gloria' is a rosé wine made from pure Nebbiolo grapes using the salasso method, which involves extracting part of the wine destined for Valtellina Superiore after a few hours of maceration. The nose releases a pleasant aroma of citrus and fresh berries, while the palate is agile and drinkable, with tannins that are already present but subtle. Perfect with Valtellina bresaola or fresh goat's cheese

NEBBIOLO ROSÉ 'GLORIA' MARCEL ZANOLARI 2024 DESCRIPTION

Colour

Bright cherry red rosé

Scent

Currants and wild strawberries open with grapefruit and alpine flowers

Taste

Fresh, graceful but with tannins that tickle the palate

Temperature
10°-12°C
When to open
To enjoy an artisanal wine at its best, we recommend you to let it 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving
When to drink
Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar
Glass
Medium open goblet
Perfect for young and medium bodied rosé wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
Longevity
You can leave it to rest in the cellar for 4-5 years
