Domaine Hauvette's 'Petra' is a structured and unconventional rosé, energetic and deep. It is produced with a classic blend of the area: Cinsault with Grenache and Syrah. The wine ferments and ages in concrete eggs, a deliberate choice that enhances the tension and freshness of the fruit. The nose offers red fruits, violets and iodine nuances, while the palate is broad, harmonious and persistent, designed for the table and perfect with white meats and Mediterranean dishes such as vegetarian lasagne or roast poultry
