Amaro Digestivo Vol0 is a non-alcoholic drink designed to evoke the taste of the finest bitters, yet it can also be consumed by those who cannot drink alcohol. Furthermore, the use of botanicals with digestive properties makes this non-alcoholic bitter ideal to be consumed at the end of a meal to aid the digestion process. The idea behind the Vol0 project is to propose a line of non-alcoholic beverages that offer the fragrance and flavour of the best gin, bitters, vermouths and bitters, so as to offer a viable alternative to those who by choice or for health reasons cannot consume alcohol.

For the production of Vol0 Amaro Digestivo, a combination of several premium botanicals is used, including rhubarb, cinchona, angelica, liquorice, fennel, laurel, bergamot and other herbs. The ingredients undergo a careful cold non-alcoholic extraction to extract the aromatic compounds contained in the botanicals, and the resulting infusion is then topped with white cane sugar and flavourings. Finally, the final release takes place after an appropriate resting period.

In the glass, intense and distinct aromas of medicinal herbs, rhubarb, spices and bark take us back to the original ingredients.
