Begali's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is produced in the heart of Valpolicella, the land of appassimento. After 120 days, the grapes are taken to the cellar to ferment and then aged for 3 years in oak. Intense and powerful on the nose, it releases aromas of black cherry in alcohol and prunes, with sweet spicy and tobacco nuances. On the palate, it is robust, intense but enveloping, with great persistence. It pairs perfectly with Amarone risotto or game such as venison
