Creari's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is made from grapes that have been dried for about three months in fruit cellars, as per Veronese tradition. Fermentation is very slow, maintained at a low temperature to express an extractive and very fruity style. The result is a wine of great aromatic depth, with hints of cherries in alcohol, dried figs and sweet spices that lengthen the finish. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a great balance between warmth and freshness and soft tannins. Ideal with game and mature cheeses
