'Ambratile' from Cantina Antonioli is a white wine that macerates for 12 days on the skins during alcoholic fermentation, then ages for over a year in concrete. It has a delicate orange colour, an intense and aromatic bouquet with notes of candied fruit, citrus hints and a vegetal finish. On the palate, it is warm and smooth, yet drinkable and fresh, with light tannins from contact with the skins. Excellent paired with a legume soup or semi-mature cheeses
Bright amber
Notes of candied apricot and citrus fruits, hints of toasted almonds and vegetal hints of sage
Soft, enveloping and fresh on the finish, with very subtle tannins
