Cantina Antonioli

'Ambratile' Cantina Antonioli 2022

'Ambratile' from Cantina Antonioli is a white wine that macerates for 12 days on the skins during alcoholic fermentation, then ages for over a year in concrete. It has a delicate orange colour, an intense and aromatic bouquet with notes of candied fruit, citrus hints and a vegetal finish. On the palate, it is warm and smooth, yet drinkable and fresh, with light tannins from contact with the skins. Excellent paired with a legume soup or semi-mature cheeses
