The Ancestral Rosé 'Ou Mama' from Mas de la Sabatera celebrates the uncertainty, and thus the beauty, of wine with an exclamation. Trepat grapes, an indigenous red, are vinified in rosé with short maceration before re-fermentation in the bottle. The nose releases notes of fresh red fruits such as raspberries and a hint of wild herbs. The palate is fresh, light, with barely perceptible tannins and subtle bubbles.
