Anjou Blanc Domaine des Brumes 2023
Domaine des Brumes

Anjou Blanc Domaine des Brumes 2023

The Anjou Blanc Domaine des Brumes is a very typical expression of Chenin, the result of five parcels on schist and quartz soils. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 6 months on fine lees, it reveals elegant aromas of hawthorn, green apple and broom on the nose. The palate is taut and savoury, enlivened by a crystalline balance. Excellent with the traditional pike-perch in white butter sauce

ANJOU BLANC DOMAINE DES BRUMES 2023 DESCRIPTION

Colour

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections

Scent

I begin with hawthorn and broom, then peach and lemon with hints of iodine

Taste

Sharp and fresh, with a rounded flavour and a vibrant taste

Temperature
8°-10°C
When to open
To enjoy it at its best, we recommend you to let the wine 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving
When to drink
Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar
Glass
Medium open goblet
Perfect for young and medium bodied white wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
Longevity
You can leave it to rest in the cellar for 4-5 years
