The 'Argile Blanc' of Domaine des Ardoisieres is a blend that embodies the oenological spirit of Savoie. Most of the mass is composed of the indigenous Jacquère and Mondeuse Blanche, grape varieties emblematic of the area's heroic viticulture. On the nose, it releases fresh aromas of white fruit with floral notes of hawthorn, and a distinct mountain character with hints of mountain herbs and mineral hints. On the palate it is fresh, immediately tangy, with a balanced structure. Ideal with lake fish, alpine cheeses but also delicate mushroom dishes
