AULENTE BIANCO SAN PATRIGNANO 2023 DESCRIPTION

Aulente Bianco di San Patrignano is a wine that combines the tradition of a territory suited for the production of wines with a genuine and sincere character, with the nobility of the two most famous white grape varieties in the world. The label comes from a blend of Chardonnay, which provides the harmonious elegance of its floral and fruity notes, and Sauvignon Blanc, which completes the blend with slightly aromatic, fresh, and vegetal nuances. The result is a bottle of great pleasure, young and fragrant, ideal to enjoy at the time of the aperitif, with appetizers and delicate seafood dishes.

The Bianco Aulente is produced within the Comunità di San Patrignano, which, among its many activities, also manages an agricultural estate of over 100 hectares. Among the rows, numerous international varieties have found space, which have proven to adapt well to the local pedoclimatic conditions. The wine is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, grown at an altitude of 150-200 meters above sea level, in an area with a temperate and well-ventilated climate, also thanks to the presence of sea breezes that rise from the Adriatic coast towards the inland. The harvest takes place towards the end of August, taking care to pick the grapes during the coolest hours of the morning. The clusters undergo a gentle pressing and the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Before bottling, the wine matures for 4 months in steel tanks.

The Aulente Bianco wine, produced within the estate of San Patrignano, is a white wine simple, fresh, and pleasantly fragrant, which well expresses the desire to offer a modern version of the good everyday wine of the past. In the glass, it presents a light straw yellow color with bright reflections. Fine and delicate, it offers a bouquet characterized by floral aromas of elderflower and acacia flowers, citrus notes of grapefruit, lime zest, green apple, white peach, and Williams pear, enriched by vegetal hints of herbs and freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with soft and juicy aromas that lead to a fresh and balanced finish.
