Guido Vada's Barbera d'Asti 'Tanguera' is a fresh and lively Barbera, a wine designed for the table, to be drunk young in convivial moments. The wine is aged in concrete for almost a year in search of a direct style without any rough edges. The nose offers ripe red fruit, cherry and plum, with a spicy background. On the palate, it is warm and round, with lively acidity and gentle tannins. The perfect dish is Barbera-braised beef, a classic Monferrato pairing that never disappoints
Vibrant ruby red with violet reflections
Very fruity, with cherry and plum opening up to blackberry, slight hints of pepper and vola
Warm and smooth, with soft tannins and a distinctly fresh finish
