Bigagnoli's Bardolino Chiaretto is a rosé wine from the long tradition of the Verona area, one of the great Italian rosé traditions. Maceration on the skins is very short, part of the mass is then separated using the "salasso" technique. The nose releases fruity notes of small red fruits and fresh hints of roses. On the palate it is fresh, savoury and harmonious. Ideal with fish from the lake and sea, it is also well suited to oriental cuisine such as sushi
Brilliant pink with coral reflections
Small red fruits such as currant and raspberry, delicate hints of rose
Very savoury, good freshness, harmonious and juicy on the palate
