The wine “Rodon” is a rosé obtained from the classic blend of the Veronese region consisting of Corvina and Rondinella. The vines from which Rodon is producedare about 12 years old and are cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, thus excluding the use of chemical or synthetic substances. In the winery, separate fermentations continue depending on the type of grape and maceration on the skins for 6-8 hours in small steel containers, the same ones in which the liquid ages for 6 months on the fine lees.

“Rodon” Bardolino Chiaretto is joyful even in its visual appearance, with its bright cerasuolo hue edged with violet reflections. Fresh and lively nose, made of strawberry, dog rose, and berries, which gives a vital and straightforward profile.
