Barolo di Bosio belongs to the Boschi dei Signori range, part of the historic lands of the count who ruled the area. The Verduno territory allows for the cultivation of highly concentrated grapes, and the long ageing in oak rounds out the taste while enhancing depth and structure. The nose offers cherries preserved in alcohol, dried violets and soft spices. The palate is full, dry, with elegant tannins and a broad texture. Perfect with mature cheeses and traditional dishes, try it with Piedmontese 'finanziera'
