Barolo Bussia dei Poderi Fogliati comes from vines that are over ninety years old, located in the heart of Monforte d'Alba, a true gem of the Langa region. Vinified without additives and according to traditional methods, it is aged for three years in large oak barrels. The nose reveals aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, cinnamon and tobacco, with hints of dried violets. The palate is deep and velvety, rich in fine tannins and with a long, savoury finish. Perfect with red meats, game and mature cheeses, it is enhanced by a Barolo braised beef or melt-in-the-mouth veal cheek
