The Elena Walch winery produces this Beyond The Clouds as a prestigious cuvée, in which all the white grape varieties cultivated in the owned vineyards are found, with a predominance that, in the final blend, belongs to Chardonnay. The different grapes, after harvesting, ferment all together in steel, remaining on the lees for about 3 months; then it moves on to the aging phase, initially carried out in French oak barriques for 10 months, and then, after bottling, for another 6 months directly in glass.
