Manciaciumi's 'Al di là del Faro' is a graceful experiment from this Etna winery, which often experiments with grape varieties from all over southern Italy in collaboration with other producer friends. This white wine is fresh and light, but without compromising on complexity. The nose is dominated by salty aromas reminiscent of the sea, leading to fresh fruity aromas and a pleasant smoky finish. On the palate, it is smooth and distinctly savoury, a perfect profile for introducing a fish-based meal
