Vignoble des 2 Lunes's White 'Alliance' is a choral wine, the product of the Buecher sisters' work to embody the spirit of Alsace in a bottle. The raw materials are diverse: Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner 'ally' themselves and support each other, creating a complete mosaic of the region. The tropical and ripe profile on the nose, an expression of a small percentage of botrytised grapes, entices the palate. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth and easy-drinking, rich yet graceful at the same time, ideal with light dishes such as a vegetable tarte flambée
