Cà du Ferrà's 'Bonazolae' is produced on the sunny slopes of Bonassola, where the sea meets the stone and the wind shapes the rows of vines. Made from a blend of three native grape varieties, Vermentino, Albarola and Bosco, it is aged on fine lees to achieve great roundness. The bouquet intertwines hints of broom and lily of the valley with ripe pear and citrus fruits, while the palate is harmonious, savoury and enveloping. Ideal with seafood and vegetable dishes, such as trofie al pesto or baked sea bream with potatoes
Light straw yellow with bright greenish reflections
White flowers of broom and lily of the valley, followed by fruity hints of pear and white peach, with hints of aromatic herbs reminiscent of thyme
Full-bodied and harmonious, savoury and enveloping, supported by a fresh mouthfeel and a long, savoury finish
