Avignonesi White 'Da-Di' was created by Virginie Saverys, owner of the winery, who wanted to promote the native grapes of Cortona, an area renowned for its great white wines. This wine is the result of four distinct vinification processes: Orpicchio in amphorae, Grechetto in carbonic maceration, Trebbiano in maceration on the skins and Vermentino in cement. The nose reveals white peach, green apple and pineapple, opening up to fresh aromas such as lemon and elderflower. On the palate, it is vibrant, enveloping and fresh, structured and with a subtle tannic sensation. Try it with fine dishes such as sea bass fillet with fennel
