La Poiesa's Malvasia 'Filòm' is a structured, terroir-driven orange wine. Made from fragrant Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, a grape variety that calls the hills of Piacenza home, it undergoes a long maceration on the skins, which amplifies its aroma and texture on the palate. The nose is explosive and full, with exotic fruit, apricot and dried yellow flowers, while the palate is compact and tannic.
