The white 'FR' Matter is the brainchild of a third-generation Friulian winemaker who interprets his territory in an artisanal and immediate way. The approach is minimalist, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, where the wine ferments with indigenous yeasts. The nose reveals white fruit and dried flowers with typical herbaceous notes, while the palate is full, taut and savoury, with a pleasant, bitter finish. A straightforward, food-friendly wine, it pairs well with grilled fish and vegetarian dishes such as roast trout with herbs
