The 330 slm is a tasty and easy-drinking refermented in bottle, yet another stunning interpretation of Costadilà. A line of products that makes carefreeness and compulsive drinking their strength, without renouncing finesse and originality. Yes, because the project by Ernesto Cattel and Mauro Lorenzon is one where nothing is left to chance, and the grapes used to produce the liquids come from a viticulture of extreme quality where no chemical or synthetic substances are used as aids. In the winery, the obvious choice is to continue in the same way, with fermentations of the base wines and refermentations that always occur spontaneously. It is the grapes, territory, and vintage that speak, in an indissoluble combination that every year consolidates the reputation of one of the best wineries producing refermented in bottle. For a snack, at the sea, for an aperitif. Always!

The sparkling white 330 slm is obtained from a blend of white grapes. The vines, cultivated following the principles of organic farming, are about 30 years old and rest on soils clayey-marly located between 250/350 m altitude with southeast exposure. After manual harvesting and destemming, the first fermentation takes place in steel containers with aging on the lees lasting five months. The liquid is bottled with the addition of unfermented must and spontaneously refermented in the bottle for 3 months.

The 330 slm wine from Costadilà fills the glass with its opaque golden hue and extremely fine bubbles. A reference point in the world of refermented wines, you can understand why just by bringing it to your nose, where it whispers notes of Williams pear, crusty bread, bunches of white flowers, and mineral puffs. It is therefore reasonable to expect a lot from the tasting, after such an inviting olfactory profile, and the liquid does not disappoint expectations. Equipped with irresistible drinkability, it flows refreshingly and finishes with a pleasant bitter note, which immediately demands another taste. A bottle that finishes very quickly and of which we therefore recommend an adequate stock!
