Costadilà's Semi-sparkling White 'Mòz' is produced on the volcanic soils of the Euganean Hills from Moscato Fior d'Arancio and Glera grapes. Refermentation in the bottle with must from dried grapes gives it a rustic and genuine profile, typical of the ancestral methods used in the Treviso hills. The nose reveals elegant orange blossom, peach and lemon zest, while the palate is dry, fresh and lively, further energised by the slightly bitter finish. Try it with ‘sarde in saor’, a typical venetian dish
