Kristinus' Oliver Feher is a white wine made from a blend of Irsai Oliver and Furmint, two native Hungarian grape varieties. The former, less well known, has a fruity and floral profile, while the latter is more famous and produces exquisite botrytised wines. The two grapes are fermented separately immediately after harvesting, then aged for 12 months on fine lees before blending. The nose is fragrant with notes of peach, white flowers and light hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and easy to drink, with a lively freshness and good minerality that lengthens the finish. Excellent paired with fish goulash
Delicate amber
Fragrant, with hints of pear and white peach, floral notes of elderflower, hints of aromatic herbs such as sage and notes of lime zest
