Rapitalà's White 'Piano Maltese' is the marriage, through indigenous and international grapes, of Sicily and the world, a symbol of the multifaceted character of the island. The white grapes spend several months on their lees and the result is a white of character. The nose is distinctly Mediterranean, with hints of fruit, herbs and saltiness, with a pleasant almond finish. The sip is elegant, savoury, with a pleasantly bitter finish. Perfect with seafood first courses or even cold white meats
Brilliant straw yellow
Intense aromas of lemon, broom then sage, slight hints of almond and iodine hints
Very tasty, well structured, fine and with a bitter finish
