'Prometheus' Bajaj 2021

Bajaj's 'Prometheus' is an intense orange wine from this lively Roero winery, which carries out its work with artisan skill at the Monteu Roero estate. It is one of the first wineries in the area to experiment with terracotta, producing clean, crisp and refined wines. It offers ripe yellow fruit, candied citrus, honey and wildflowers on the nose, while on the palate it is dense, very savoury and slightly tannic. Ideal with toma cheese or even spit-roasted poultry
