Primaluce's 'Punto Zero' comes from the hills of San Gimignano, where Rebecca began working her land after various experiences among great Italian wineries as an oenologist. A balance of Trebbiano Toscano is added to Vernaccia, the main local grape, and the whole is then vinified in white and aged in steel to enhance the varietal freshness. The nose is fresh, with 'clear' hints of apple and jasmine, while the palate is fresh, agile and pleasantly balanced. On the table it goes well with fish and Tuscan first courses, ideal with baked sea bass
Pale straw yellow, with greenish reflections
Very fresh attack with crisp green apple and pear, jasmine flowers and pleasant balsamic notes of aniseed
Very agile, fresh and with a clean, balanced and smooth sip
