Blaufrankisch Weingut Heinrich 2019

Weingut Heinrich's Blaufränkisch is a biodynamic red wine from Burgenland, an increasingly popular area in Lower Austria. It is produced from grapes grown on both sides of Lake Neusiedl and offers a rare balance of strength, juice and precision. The nose reveals fresh red fruit, herbs and pepper. Energetic and composed at the same time, it is compact, taut and harmonious on the palate. Ideal with a spicy goulash

When to open
To enjoy an artisanal wine at its best, we recommend you to let it 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving
When to drink
Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar
Glass
Medium open goblet
Perfect for young and medium bodied red wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
Longevity
You can leave it to rest in the cellar for over 5 years
