Boca Davide Carlone 2021

Davide Carlone's Boca is a refined blend made from Nebbiolo and Vespolina grapes, a native variety from northern Piedmont. The long ageing process, first in steel and then in large Slavonian oak barrels, gives the wine complexity and elegance. The bouquet is rich with hints of blackberry and ripe black plum, with notes of eucalyptus and a spicy finish. The palate is long and vigorous, with pronounced tannins and a lively freshness. Perfect with braised beef or porcini mushroom risotto
