The Bonarda of Contumaz is a symbol of the work of this winery. The label shows a man ascending a ladder from which all descend, to represent the countercultural work of Fernando Ugrin. This Bonarda is in fact produced in an unusual way, with the emphasis on finesse and structure: usually this grape variety is used to produce more immediate wines. The nose has aromas of dark fruits, violets and spices that open to light mineral notes of salt and graphite. The palate offers austerity, freshness and fine tannin. It can easily age for years and is perfect with asado
