Château Lauduc's Bordeaux 'Clairet' is a structured rosé, a lesser-known classic from this great French wine region. It is a compromise between red and rosé, produced using the 'saignée' method, which involves removing part of the mass during the maceration of a red wine. This produces a structured rosé with typical hints of wild strawberries, fresh cherries and red plums from the Merlot, with floral notes. The palate is smooth but flowing, with good tension and tannins that support the finish. Perfect with duck-based dishes
