Fanny Sabre's Bourgogne Blanc is a refined and compelling expression of Burgundy Chardonnay. The grapes come from the prestigious communes of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. The wine is aged for about a year in new and used oak barrels to achieve greater elegance and smoothness. The nose opens with fragrant hints of fruit and white flowers, notes of Mediterranean herbs and, on the finish, hints of butter and toasted hazelnuts, resulting from malolactic fermentation. The palate is full and round, with pronounced freshness and a strong saline character. Harmonious! Perfect with seafood risotto or semi-mature cheeses
Straw yellow with golden reflections
Elegant, with hints of green apple, grapefruit peel and hawthorn, vegetal notes of imo with lactic accents on the finish
Vertical and structured, with vibrant freshness and decisive savouriness
