Bavencoff 's Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a fresh and immediate red wine of pleasing elegance. To preserve the freshness of the fruit, it is matured mainly in steel, with 20% of the mass maturing in barriques to accentuate roundness and complexity. The nose releases both fresh and evolved aromas, with cherries, kirsch and flowers. On the palate it is very fresh, subtly tannic, with a silky texture and a persistent bite. Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts and soft cheeses

Attack with cherries, kirsch and strawberry then notes of rose
