Brunello di Montalcino 'Oliveto p.56' Tenuta Buon Tempo comes from a historic vineyard, once forgotten but now restored, which produces wines only in excellent vintages. The winery works with artisanal care, using only large barrels, and for this reserve, it has decided to age it for almost a year and a half in the bottle before releasing it on the market. The nose reveals aromas of black cherry in spirit, blackcurrant and a Mediterranean touch of rosemary and then tobacco. On the palate, it is austere but with velvety tannins, and the mouthfeel is fleshy and savoury. Ideal with game such as stewed hare
Deep garnet red with orange reflections
Vigorous aromas of black cherry in alcohol and blackcurrant, ethereal hints of leather, then tobacco and dried rosemary
Very dry, intensely soft tannins, fleshy and very juicy, savoury and austere
