Tenuta Buon Tempo's Brunello di Montalcino comes from vineyards in Castelnuovo dell'Abate, on galestro and sandstone soils. Produced with artisan care, this prestigious red wine is aged for three years in large barrels. The nose reveals aromas of cherries preserved in alcohol, dried violets and cloves. On the palate, it is distinguished by robust but smooth tannins, an austere taste and great warmth. Ideal with noble red meats such as wild boar in dolceforte sauce or mature cheeses such as Pecorino di Pienza
Deep garnet red with orange highlights
Attack with spirits-soaked cherries and prunes, wilted violet flowers and spices of cloves and sweet tobacco
Structured, with robust but smooth tannins, enveloping and warm
