NeueHeimat's 'Burgunder Gamlitz' is a white wine that pays homage to a great wine region, Burgundy, with a blend of Pinot, Blanc and Gris, with a balance of Morillon, the local name for Chardonnay. The approach in the vineyard and cellar is strictly artisanal, with spontaneous fermentation and long ageing in oak without clarification. The nose releases ripe 'white' scents, with pear and acacia, with delicate nuances of chestnut honey on the finish. On the palate it is soft, almost creamy, with a fresh and persistent profile. Ideal with buttered trout
Straw yellow with golden hues
Intense 'white' profile with pear, acacia flowers, light hints of lemon, honey finish
Very taut and fresh, rather energetic, soft on the sip
