Buvoli's Cabernet Franc is a wine born of Marco's admiration for the Cabernet Franc of the Loire. The fruit is fermented with whole berries, a technique that allows for great aromaticity and agility in the sip. On the nose, red fruits, dark spices and a touch of violet can be perceived. The palate is structured, with well-presented but soft tannins and a dominant trait in the freshness of the sip, distinct and long. Ideal with red meats and mature cheeses
Ruby red with violet hues
Crisp strawberries and cherries, then black pepper and a touch of violet
Elegant, with soft tannins and long freshness
