Talcomraja's Cabernet Sauvignon 'Sang de Saulò Feldspat' is a son of the Maresme, a fertile soil for artisanal oenology that today has a major exponent in Catalonia. Made without additions or filtrations, it matures in steel to bring out great fruit and freshness. The nose reveals notes of ripe cherries, violets and delicate spices; the palate is fresh, smooth and supported by gentle tannins. On the table it goes well with both fresh cheeses and grilled white meats, ideal with Catalan chicken
Brilliant ruby red with slight violet hues
Red profile with crunchy cherry, floral hints of violet and a hint of nutmeg
Fresh and taut, rampant tannins, soft and savoury, very drinkable
