The Cabernet from the Villa Folini winery is a red wine based on the two Cabernets, international grape varieties that have willingly planted their roots in Friuli. A dark profile is immediately evident on the nose, with blueberry, blackberry and blackcurrant to which are added typical herbaceous, vegetal hints of tomato leaf. The palate is soft and fruity with a slightly savoury and juicy finish, with a spicy and graceful profile. Ideal with ragout or grilled meats
