The Catarratto of the Curatolo Arini winery is a child of the Sicilian hinterland and comes from high vines at an altitude of 500 metres. The winery wants to express the fruity character of its single-varietal wines to the full, so it uses only steel, controlled temperature and a short maceration on the skins to fully extract the personality of the grapes. The nose releases aromas of white and yellow fruit but is characterised above all by hints of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is fresh and mineral, with a pleasant savouriness that immediately evokes the Sicilian terroir. It pairs perfectly with raw red prawns with lemon and extra virgin olive oil
